Quality workflow

What “every batch tested” means.

A batch-testing workflow is a release gate: each lot is reviewed for identity, purity target, fill consistency, label accuracy and packaging readiness before dispatch.

Testing is a release gate, not a slogan

For Veridian, every batch tested means the batch is checked as part of the quality process before release. The aim is simple: make sure the material being packed matches the product, strength and batch identity communicated to the customer.

The release sequence

01Raw material and production identity reviewed
02Batch code and lot documentation assigned
03Purity and identity summary reviewed against release target
04Fill, vial, cap and label consistency checked
05Record is saved for the public batch archive where available

What researchers should expect to see

IdentityThe record should state what the batch is supposed to be.
Purity targetThe release summary should make the purity target and result language clear.
Lot traceabilityThe lot or batch code should connect the record, vial and shipment.
Handling notesStorage and packing notes should be consistent with the compound form.

Why it matters for repeat orders

Repeatability depends on avoiding silent changes. Batch records make it easier to compare one lot against the next, document what arrived, and understand whether a new shipment is from the same release or a later one.
