Reconstitution & dosing calculator
Works for any peptide. Enter the amount in the vial, how much bacteriostatic water you'll add, and your target dose — we'll show the concentration and exactly how far to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe.

⚠ This dose exceeds one full syringe (100 units / 1 mL). Add more water, or split it across multiple draws.
How to reconstitute
Draw your bacteriostatic water and add it slowly down the vial wall, not directly onto the powder.
Swirl gently until dissolved — never shake.
Store reconstituted vials refrigerated at 2–8°C.
Reading the numbers
Concentration = peptide ÷ water. More water = weaker solution, easier small doses.
On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL. The "units" figure is the line to draw to.
1 mg = 1000 mcg. Switch the dose unit with the mcg/mg toggle.
