Batch Documentation and Public Records

A public record should prove a specific lot—not decorate a product page.

Last updated: 14 July 2026. The English version is the controlling version.

Evidence must be specific

A useful record identifies one product, one strength and one batch or lot. Generic PDFs, old reports and decorative result graphics are not displayed as evidence for current inventory.

Required publication fields

Product and strengthThe exact material covered by the record.
Batch and lotTraceability identifiers that can be compared with order or label information.
Testing sourceThe laboratory or testing source responsible for the report.
Method and dateHow and when the result was produced.
Result summaryA concise description of what the source record reports.
Source reportAn uploaded file or external report link is required before public publication.

What the archive does not claim

  • A record for one lot does not prove another lot.
  • A purity result does not by itself prove fill amount, sterility or suitability for any particular protocol.
  • A missing public record is not replaced with an example result.
  • Publication does not convert a research material into a medicine or approved therapeutic product.

How a record becomes public

1Product, strength, batch and lot are entered.
2Testing source, method, date and result summary are added.
3A source report is uploaded or linked.
4The completed record is deliberately marked public.

No record found?

If the archive returns no result, no source-backed record is currently published for that search. Contact support with the product, strength and lot details to request a lookup.
